Yes. Stripe automatically generates a receipt for every purchase. If you need a formal VAT invoice or a purchase order arrangement for your business, email us at workwithus@chefsbay.co.uk and we will sort it out.

Each team member receives their own login and can download CPD accredited certificates as they complete courses. You can ask team members to share their certificates directly, or contact us for assistance with tracking and reporting.

Courses are completed online through the learning platform. You can download your CPD accredited certificates once you complete each course. Some courses may include downloadable reference materials.

Yes. Each licence provides 12 months of access from the date of purchase. During that time you can complete as many courses as you like. Certificates you download remain valid and do not expire with your licence.
